General Policy
In the rare event of a defective product or a manufacturing error, we will gladly exchange the item for a replacement. Please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate the exchange process.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will promptly send a replacement.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs for defective or incorrect orders will be covered by us. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued in cases of defective products or manufacturing errors. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
